Storage Instructions

Immediately refrigerate or freeze your Doatnuts upon delivery.
Our products are perishable and require proper storage to maintain freshness and quality.
Shipping & Transit Times
- All Doatnuts are baked and shipped on the same day to preserve freshness.
- We aim for transit times of 2–3 days or less to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition.
- Southern California Customers: Transit time is typically 1 day.
- Outside Southern California: Please select 2-day shipping at checkout to minimize transit time and preserve product quality.
- We are based in California, and shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Volume Notice
- Due to high demand following our recent Shark Tank appearance, orders may be delayed by 1–2 weeks.
- We appreciate your patience and will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
No Refunds or Replacements
- As this is a perishable product, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for delays caused by incorrect shipping selections or failure to properly store the product upon arrival.
